TOTAL ALLOCATED: £11,000
£1,200.00 - Planter for Armada Centre area of Chafford Hundred (voted for in July 2008 meeting)
£1,200.00 - Planter for North Stifford Village Group (voted for in November 2008 meeting)
£1,038.00 - New Age Curling Set for the Over 50's club (voted for at November 2008 meeting)
£750.00 - Domestic Appliance for Community Centre (voted for at November 2008 meeting)
£550.00 - 5% of entitlement used for administration for Forum such as hall hire - this is standard across all Forums in Thurrock (voted for in July 2008 meeting) - we handed £150 of this money to North Stifford Village Group towards their administration
£500.00 - Christmas Tree for outside Church (voted for in November 2008 meeting) - this has been planted in to the ground and will be a permanent fixture from now on
£375.00 - Hall Hire for New Years Eve Family Disco (voted for in July 2008 meeting)
£250.00 - Santa's Grotto at Chafford Gorges Visitors Centre (voted for in November 2008 meeting)
£190.00 - Bee suits for North Stifford Beekeeping Club (voted for in January 2009 meeting - pending decision from Thurrock Council)
£100.00 - Camera Nesting Box for Chafford Grges Visitors Centre (voted for in January 2009 meeting - pending decision from Thurrock Council)
£78.00 - Gazebos for use of the community (voted for in July 2008 meeting)
£4,769.00 - benchmarked for new park at Rainbow Road (agreed in January 2009 meeting)

Chafford Hundred Community Forum
