The terms of hire are as follows:

Period Bookings
Four week minimum booking required - no deposit required, however, 4 weeks payable in advance.
Terms
- A non returnable desposit of £50.00 is required
- A damage deposit of £200 is required 28 days before the date of hire
- Balance is payable 28 days before the date of hire
- Failure to pay balance will result in forfeiture of hire and any monies paid
- Hirers must leave all facilities (ie. the halls, foyer, kitchen, toilets and all equipment) in good condition that they found it in. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the £200 damage deposit
- All bookings are subject to terms and conditions
